Provides pre- and post-sales engineering services (i.e. technical demonstrations, support and installations services), to support both assigned sales teams and/or dedicated customers with technical expertise, cross France for an assigned product range – PBX/SIP.
Provides pre-sales support by preparing and conducting product related workshops for customers.
Elaborates technical specifications, according to the requirements, defined by customers or sales.
Performs planning, installation, configuration or Integration service, for customers and partners.
Coordinates product samples for testing, gives technical advice and presentations, and solves integration issues.
Coordinates resources in product development and production, and clarifies all technical questions.
Coordinates collaboration with 3rd-party manufacturers, software companies and solution partners.
Analyses technical issues at all stages, and facilitates problem solving with CS and factory involved.
Provides regular reporting of the technology adoption and approaches market for future products opportunities and customer demands.
May provide testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, in cooperation with CS.
Supports exhibitions, fairs, product demonstrations and trainings, in cooperation with Marketing.
Support product roll-out by advising customers and solving specific customer problems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience in the PBX/SIP product area.
Technical product knowledge in the field of PBX/SIP products.
French on a native speaker level.
Strong command of the English language.
Understanding and applying principles of effective project management.
Ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision.
Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
Proving profound technical understanding of the assigned product and/or software portfolios.
Good blend of business/commercial, sales and technical skills.
