About the job

The Senior Electrical Automation Engineer handles hardware related tasks within the field of Automation and IIoT.

The main tasks:

  • Carry out electrical & instrumentation engineering on Automation and IIoT devices which include sprint task specification, necessary technical documentation, compliances and safety related tasks;
  • Drafting of electrical diagrams, layout and detail drawings. Review engineering drawings and analyze design;
  • Design of electrical panels and perform relevant calculations and assessments;
  • Work with all tasks relevant for the team, in order to secure team success;
  • Stay up to date with new technology and tools and be able to implement if necessary;
  • Contribute in defining the quality assurance process for the panel design & testing;
  • Cross site collaboration in device space.

Who you are:

  • Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering degree (MSc, MEng, BSc, BEng);
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Detailed knowledge of different designing tools ACAD and ePlan P8;
  • Experience with engineering drawings;
  • Relevant experience with project work;
  • Cross-cultural awareness.
